Tok vippeløft, og da jeg gikk ut av klinikken hadde jeg ingen bøy på vippene. Spurte behandleren hvorfor ikke vippene mine var bøyd, og hun forklarte med at behandlingen gir ulikt resultat og at det kommer an på hva slags vipper du har. Sendte mail og bad om pengene tilbake noe de ikke var villig til å gå med på. De viste ingen ydmykhet og dette er en salong jeg ikke anbefaler noen. Kommer ikke tilbake.
Hi Martine the money was given back to you although we couldn´t find anything wrong in the work that was done. You bought this treatment through Lets deal and that was the reason why we couldnt return the money right away, but we did help you to get the money back, and you got it. Bestilte time for keratin vippeløft m/farge og opplevde denne behandlingen som veldig negativ dessverre. Behandleren satte syre på øyene mine og forlot meg overraskenede alene på rommet i 15min. Øyene svei så mye at jeg mistet nesten pusten. Jeg føys i tillegg for hun spurte meg ikke om jeg ville ha et pledd over. Tårene trillet i 15 min og dette var en av de 15 lengste minuttene i mitt liv. Når hun kom tilbake til rommet så spurte hun meg ikke engang om det går bra. Jeg var helt sjokkert over hennes uemosjonelle oppførsel til å ta seg av en kunde. Hun gredde ikke vippene mine en eneste gang, bare smurte syre på syre og farge. Resultatet ble forferdelig, vippene er ikke rette bøyt og syren har gjort at jeg har fått en bøy som går alle veier (og innover som et knekk). Under hele behandlingen spurte ikke behandleren en eneste gang om jeg har det bra. Hun kommenterte at øyene mine var våte bare og irriterte seg over det Jeg gikk ut derfra med rød og hovne øyner som først ble bedre etter to dager.Jeg er utdannet selv i denne type behandling og har gjort vippebøy jevnlig siste årene. Dette er ikke en profesjonell behandler og denne behandleren og salongen anbefaler jeg ikke for denne type behandling.… – vis

Jeg hadde en fantastisk opplevelse fra det øyeblikket jeg kom inn i Alexandras studio, behandlingen min ble utført av en utmerket profesjonell, hun visste tydelig hva hun gjorde, jeg råder henne 100%.
Jeg tok vippeløft hos AM Esthetic Clinic og jeg er svært misfornøyd. Jeg la ikke merke til det før jeg gikk ut av klinikken, men det var så vidt jeg så en forskjell på vippene mine. Både familie og venner er enige i dette. Jeg fulgte instruksene om å ikke få vann på vippene på 24 timer, og når jeg vasket fjeset etter 24 timer, sank vippene enda mer.

Har vært på fotbehandling her to ganger. Første gang var jeg misfornøyd med arbeidet. Jeg ble kontaktet av bedriften umiddelbart og de rettet opp i dette ved å tilby en ny og oppgradert behandling, denne gangen med bedre resultat.
Dårlig servise, jeg har bestilt time for 2 personer. Når jeg møte på timen de har avlyst timen min uten å gi beskjed til meg bare når jeg fikk møte opp fikk vita at timen min ble avlyste og må vente 40 min for ny time. Etter jeg fikk behandlingen jeg har fått masse kviser på ansiktet pga dårlig produkt de har brukt. Aldri skal der igjen. Også jeg bestilte for å fikse neglene også fra Let’s deal hun registeret time til meg uten å spørre om mitt tlf nr eller navne. Når jeg kom frem hun sa at du har ikke lov til å bruke dealen selvom jeg har sagte allerede på tlf når jeg bestilte time. Og dømte meg at jeg har brukt ny profil når hun allerede kjente meg på tlf at det er samme person. ANBEFALS IKKE!… – vis

Verdens verste kundeservice, veldig ubehagelig og uprofesjonelt.har booket en time også avbestilt samtidig men alikevel fikk faktura som ble sendt til inkasso etter 4maneder som jeg ikke fikk beskjed om.
Dårlig gjort, man kan ikke drive en butikk pp den måten, dere hadde fått 0 stjerne om jeg hadde mulighet til det.
When you book an appointment you receive an email where it is specified that cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the treatment will be charged in full. Exceptions when people are sick and prove it. We have not received any information from you. We do not charge you the full cost of the treatment. The value of the treatment was 800 kr and the invoice was 250 kr, a much lower value. We also have a matter of respect for the work of others here, because as I mentioned, we didn't even receive a phone call saying that you couldn't come. We've been waiting for you for 45 minutes without any information, that is bad. and as I said show unrespect for others work. We didn't send the invoice right away because we waited for some explanation, as there was no explanation, the invoice was sent, at the end of the accounting period. We're sorry you think that way, you never came here, but respect for customers is something we have and that's why we act this way. Not recommend at all. Unprofessional, greedy and disrespectful employees, lack of client’s services and experience. The Employee left during my booked session twice claiming that she is alone at the clinic and has to check another client. She Waisted my time and stress me out. To end up leaving without getting my nails done. It’s nice to defense but worst if it’s with lies. I paid even before coming to clinic through Let’s deal. And everything is proven. Plus you can check on camera how many times I have been left and wasted my booked session. Nails removal takes 5 min and I showed a pic of my desired style even before starting, and she (employee) agreed on. So yeah don’t polish realities. Ppl aren’t pleased just to reflect bad experiences. I’d loved to give you 5 starts if you deserve it.… – vis
Hi Tulip, we are sorry that you think like that, but you book a manicure with gelish and you appear with old gelish on 8 fingers an acrilique on 2 others. When a client has that she should book extra time to remove it, because as you know, we need time for it. Then you asked to do french in 5 different colors, but you refuse to pay extra for it. There is no place that makes that without charging extra and at the same time as a simple manicure. That was explained to you, and you refused to pay. That was the big issue. If you had booked the time to take out the old gelish and acrilique, and extra french, everything would be ok. You didnt. The employee was only a bit rude when you start to talk loud and refused to pay for a service. We are sorry but we are not used to be treated like that, usually, we treat all clients with kindness and respect, the way that client treat us.… – vis

Very poor experience! I purchased Cryolipolysis fettfrysning on the letsdeal website. The website marked the price of a region. I chose abdominal targeted therapy. The information and videos that can be found on the Internet all show that two treatment devices will be used in one area of the abdomen. At the scene, the therapist said that only one instrument can be used, and if two instruments are used, the price will be doubled. I said it's not like this, it's in one area. But the therapist insisted to charge double the price. In the end, I was helpless and only used one instrument. And afterwards, the clinic called me and asked to pay an extra 150kr as a consultation fee (later I saw on the webpage that this was a mandatory fee, and I paid it!). The so-called consultation fee is just another activity the therapist tells me to promote. Although the therapist himself is very kind, and I have to say that the way the clinic misleads consumers and marketing is very naive and low-level. They also played word games. They said very vaguely in advertisements and telephone consultations, and they were suspected of fraud. I have already reported it and do not recommend this clinic to anyone!… – vis

We never try to deceive anyone, nor do we force you to use the deal, in fact, having written in the deal that you bought, that the consultation was mandatory before the treatment, you could have always come for the consultation first and if it wasn't to your liking you could give up of the treatment, this is another objective of the consultation, to clarify all doubts. It was your choice to schedule the treatment before the consultation done in person even though you try to have it over the phone, something we did not accept, precisely to avoid misunderstandings. In the videos we publish we never mention that 'it's 1 area or 2 that are being carried out, however we don't have any problem in clarifying this question either by phone, by email, or facebook. In the photos we publish we never mention how many areas the clients have done. All photos published were with the consent of satisfied customers. Accusing us of low-level marketing, and even worse of unfounded fraud, is really bad, specially if it has no reason for that. We did nothing to deserve those words. We have done the treatment, you were happy and kind inside the room, went out from the clinic without paying the consultation but pay it when someone call you to do so, therefore we still are really surprised with this review.… – vis
Hadde Olga i ansiktsbehandling og napping av bryn. Hun er veldig nøye når hun tar bryn og resultatet ble bra. Ellers et behagelig sted å være. Hyggelig betjening. Nærhet til Brynseng T-bane. Parkering i nærheten også (mot betaling).
